The length of the intermediate roller will gradually decrease with the increase of the dynamic accumulation angle of the material and the increase of the groove angle of the side roller. When conveying bulk granular materials, if the required industrial conveyor belt bandwidth is not too large, it can be known that The range value between the intermediate rollers, so if the belt width you need is less than one meter, including one meter, you can appropriately widen the gap between the two rollers and cancel the intermediate roller to form a double roller group. The existing belt conveyor adopts a double roller set for this reason. The load on each roller is smaller than when three rollers are used, and the service cycle will increase accordingly.
