Pattern conveyor belt
The pattern conveyor belt is composed of a belt body and a pattern part. Due to the different materials to be transported and the inclination of the conveyor, the pattern shape and height (depth) are required to be different. The types of commonly used pattern conveyor belts are as follows:
Chevron pattern
Features: There is a "herringbone" pattern on the belt surface that is higher than the belt body. The pattern can be open or closed. Each pattern can be divided into three types: high, medium and low.
Purpose: Suitable for conveying powder, granular and small materials with an inclination angle of ≤40 degrees, and also for conveying bagged materials.
Striped pattern
Features: There are strip patterns on the belt surface that are higher than the belt body. The patterns are divided into three types: high, medium and low. The spacing of each pattern can be divided into sparse and dense forms.
Purpose: Suitable for horizontal conveying packaging with an inclination angle of ≤30 degrees. If it is grooved, it can replace the chevron pattern.
Grainy pattern
Features: There are grain patterns on the belt surface that are higher than the belt body or embedded in the belt body, and the pits can also be made into a hollow shape or a diamond shape and a cloth pattern.
Purpose: Convex pattern is suitable for flexible packaging or material conveying with gripping force (such as cardboard boxes) or non-sliding conveying. The pit-shaped pattern is suitable for conveying granular materials with an inclination angle of ≤45 degrees.
Fan pattern
Features: There are fan-shaped (or 1/4 circle) patterns on the belt surface. When the tape is grooved, the pattern is folded into a fan shape (or semicircle), which belongs to the high pattern type.
Uses: Suitable for conveying powder, granules and lumps with a large inclination angle of ≤60 degrees.
The company can supply pattern conveyor belts with a width of ≤2400mm.
