product description
Tubular conveyor belt refers to a conveyor belt that is used in conjunction with a round pipe belt conveyor to form a round pipe shape on the entire transportation line or part of the transportation line by means of external force. The core of the tubular conveyor belt is made of high-strength canvas or steel wire rope as the skeleton, with high-strength and excellent rubber material as the upper and lower covering layers. When working, the tape changes from a flat surface to a U-shape and is rolled into a tube for closed conveying.
Features
1. With moderate rigidity, it is easy to form a tube and bend, and it has the ability to maintain a stable roundness.
2. The lap joint is well sealed, fatigue-resistant, and has a stable load-carrying capacity.
3. The closed transportation is carried out, and the materials will not fly, spill, and will not affect the environment, especially the fine materials such as powder or paste.
4. Protect materials from wind, rain, snow and other environmental influences.
5. Flexible, large inclination, reciprocating conveying, high-speed and high-load conveying materials.
6. The conveying line is flexible and can be bent into a vertical, horizontal or three-dimensional angle with a relatively small radius to convey materials.
7. The cross section is small.
8. Reduce noise.
Conveyor belts on both sides that can be rolled into a simple shape to prevent materials from being scattered; widely used in closed transportation of bulk materials in metallurgy, electric power, chemical, ports, docks, building materials, coal, mining, food and other industries. It has many types such as heat-resistant, cold-resistant, chemical-resistant, flame-retardant, and anti-static.
